Does anyone know what can be done about people depositing their trash in inappropriate places instead on their own curbside? About five fanilies put their trash in front of my house every trash day (and I am trying to sell my house). It looks horrible and the squirrels and rats spread the raw garbage all over the front of my house. I spend every garbage day picking up my neighbors' garbage. NRP does nothing about this and I am at my wits end. Does anyone have any ideas or even read these posts? Thanks!
