Options For Paying Assessment Dues

Annual Assessments are paid quarterly and are due the first day of the following months:

January 1st,  April 1st,  July 1st, and October 1st.  There are a number of ways for homeowners to pay their quarterly assessment dues, including:

Direct Debit 

Direct Debit is an automatic payment from your bank account after filling out and submitting the 'Automatic Payment Form' to NRP Management office at 365 Herndon Parkway, Suite 106, Herndon VA 20170 . You may also contact the NRP Account Representative, Krissy Meyer, at 703-435-3800 or KMeyer@NRPartnersLLC.com.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR COUPON OR WRITE THE FULL ACCOUNT NUMBER OR YOUR PROPERTY ADDRESS ON THE CHECK.

Pay Online 

Go to www.NRPartnersLLC.com. Click the Login button on the top right

of the homepage. The login page will then open. Click the Sign Up link on the New User side of the

login page. Complete the ‘Sign Up’ page (using your Tartan Village address and legal name).

An email will be sent with the sign in name and password. For security purposes, it is

recommended password be changed at first login.

 

*Online payments: If paying by credit card there is a 2.95% credit card fee, debit card processing

fee of $4.95 and no charge if using E-checks (directly from your checking account).
