IMPORTANT NEWS! There's a new ACC Change Request Form which should make submissions and approvals simpler and more streamlined! t's now also in a .pdf form that can be completed on any standard computer. ACC Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm. Any changes to this schedule or cancellations of future meetings will be noted on the Tartan Village website calendar.
The Architecture Control Committee (ACC), is responsible for insuring the community and its residents adhere to all architecture design and maintenance guidelines as stated in the Tartan Village governing documents. The ACC is also responsible for reviewing and approving architectural Change request form and periodically reviewing each townhome unit for compliance to community approved standards. Ultimately the goal of the ACC is to help maintain the look and feel of the community so that it retains its desirability and property value while trying to give each homeowner some flexibility when maintaining their home. Please note that in order to provide adequate notice to our volunteer ACC members, all Change Request Forms must be received and completed in full at least one week prior to the monthly scheduled ACC Meeting. Any Change Request Forms received after this deadline may be delayed until the next meeting, pending availability of ACC members for review. Before submitting a Change Request Form, please ensure that the new ACC Change Request Form is filled out in entirety. Also make sure to include photos, diagrams, or any applicable measurements of replacement or new items to prevent unnecessary delays in the processing of your request.
