Attention Tartan Village Residents!
Last week, many owners and tenants received an email with login credentials to NRP's new portal for owners called Vantaca. All owners and tenants are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to visit this portal and utilize all of its many features!
Residents are able to submit and track work orders, make their payments, view Association calendar events, read community broadcast emails, submit ACC applications, monitor and track violations, and view Association documents all in one easy to use place!
Please use the credentials you received last week to access https://portal.NRPartnersLLC.com and click LOGIN (do not click Sign Up).
**If you did not receive login credentials, you can submit a request by logging onto the portal then clicking LOGIN from the main portal screen. Then click SIGN UP and enter your basic information (name, address, etc.). Your login request will be sent to NRP for verification and you will receive your login credentials shortly thereafter.**
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• The portal works best with Google Chrome and Firefox
• Do not enter "www" as part of the portal web address.
• Ensure you add Communications@NRPartnersLLC.com to your safe sender list so emails properly arrive in your inbox.
