A few important points from the new trash policy:
Enclosed with the mailing are 2 (two) labels to be affixed to both the new trash and recycling cans.
All members and residents shall place and store all trash, recycling, and other waste materials in covered containers.
Except for scheduled waste pick-up days, all members and residents shall store all waste containers so that they are out of public view and in compliance with all Fairfax County Zoning Ordinances.
Members and residents may place waste containers in front of their homes for pick-up no earlier than 5:00pm the day before the scheduled pick-up. All containers must be removed from the pick-up area and properly stored no later than 11:59pm the day of pick-up.
If the member is found non-compliant with this Policy, at the hearing, the Association may suspend the member's privileges to use the common areas, including parking, for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days.
