The Board of Directors have adopted a new parking policy for the Association. All Members should have received a copy by US mail and you can also get a copy on the tartanvillage.com website under Documents/Governing Documents or by clicking HERE. The policy was re-written so you should read the entire policy to ensure you understand it.
Some of the highlights are:
- one (1) Taxi/For Hire vehicle per household may park in one (1) of the two (2) residents' assigned parking space and some updates to Commercial Vehicles.
- Guest/Visitor Parking rules and related towing procedures have been updated.
The "Application for Placement of Dumpster or Storage Pod/Crate" has not changed and can still be found on the tartanvillage.com website under Documents/Forms.
