2020 Annual Meeting (Update)

On March 11, 2020, the Association attempted to hold the 2020 Annual Meeting but unfortunately did not achieve the required quorum of 44 residents in person or by proxy.

With the rapid spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus, the recommendation for social distancing, and the National recommendation to keep groups to smaller than 10 people, the Board will not hold a second attempt for the Annual Meeting.

The two current Board Members will carry over their term for another year until the next Annual Meeting.
