PARKING LOT STRIPING SCHEDULED!
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE
Parking lot striping has been scheduled for select streets in the community.
The Tartan Village Board of Directors has awarded a contract to Finley Asphalt for parking lot striping on Chapel Cove Court, St Genevieve Court, Latour Court, Dijohn Court, LaRochelle Court, Martinique Lane (upper and lower), Upper Harbor Court, Avalon Place and Heatherway Court. The work schedule and map are included on the reverse of this document.
THINGS YOU MUST KNOW
All parking spaces and drive lanes in portions of the property will be closed from 9:00am – 6:00pm to allow time for the paint to dry. These areas are identified on the attached map. If you are in an affected area, please move your vehicle by no later than 8:45am on the day of work. Vehicles that are not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense.
In the event of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled and a notice will be posted with new dates.
Service from providers (US Mail, Trash Service, FedEx, UPS, etc.) MAY BE AFFECTED depending on the schedule of work for your street.
Please plan outings, deliveries, visitors, etc. on alternate days, if possible.
POWER WASHING will be performed September 12th and 13th (See Map A immediately below)
September 12th: Drive lanes and parking spaces will be closed for Chapel Cove Court, St Genevieve Court, Latour Court, Dijohn Court, and LaRochelle Court from 9:00am-6:00pm to power wash the curbs in preparation for striping. Please ensure all vehicles are moved by 8:45am.
September 13th: Drive lanes and parking spaces will be closed for Martinique Lane (upper and lower), Upper Harbor Court, Avalon Place and Heatherway Court from 9:00am-6:00pm to power wash the curbs in preparation for striping. Please ensure all vehicles are moved by 8:45am.

September 19th : MARTINIQUE LANE (LOWER), AVALON PLACE, and HEATHERWAY COURT will be closed from 9:00am to 6:00pm for striping of curbs and parking spaces. (RED arrows on map below)
