The Tartan Village Board of Directors has awarded a contract to Finley Asphalt for asphalt milling, paving and parking lot striping on Pleasure Cove Court, Cannes Court, Leeward Lane, Lower Harbor Court Drive and Admiralty Court. Finley Asphalt will also be completing asphalt patch work on Upper Harbor Court Drive, LaRochelle Court, and DiJohn Court.Crack fill will be completed on Chapel Cove Court, DiJohn Court, Latour Court, Martinique Lane, and the trail behind Avalon Court.

THINGS YOU MUST KNOW • All parking spaces and drive lanes in portions of the property will be closed OVERNIGHT TO ALL TRAFFIC FOR ASPHALT WORK during Milling and Paving. These areas are identified on the map found HERE. If you are in an affected area, please move your vehicle by no later than 6:30am on the day of work. Vehicles that are not moved will be towed at the owner's expense. • In the event of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled and a notice will be posted with new dates.

• Service from providers {US Mail, Trash Service, FedEx, UPS, etc.) MAY BE AFFECTED depending on the schedule of work for your street. • Please plan outings, deliveries, visitors, etc. on alternate days, if possible.
