Architectural Control Draft Guidelines

The Tartan Village Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will meet on August 9, 2017 to discuss and take comments on the DRAFT of the new ACC guidelines.

The meeting will take place at 5680 King Centre Drive, Alexandria VA 22315 starting at 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check the Tartan Village Calendar for any updates.

Please note the association’s legal counsel has provided their comments and now the association is soliciting the owner’s input. If you have any comments and or questions regarding the guidelines, please plan on attending the meeting.
