Repair Notice

On April 21, 2017, the trash vendor truck accidentally knocked down a streetlight on Martinique. This incident was immediately reported to NRP and Dominion Power by concerned homeowners. Dominion has confirmed that they will dispatch a repair crew to cut power to the fixture and remove the fixture in the next 24-48 hours.

The replacement of the fixture will take place in about two months.

The repair and replacement are at no cost to association. If any costs should occur, the trash vendor has confirmed they will cover any associated costs.
