Welcome our New Community Manager

The Tartan Village Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of National Realty Partners, LLC (NRP) as our new full service management company effective August 1, 2016. As an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), NRP has a solid reputation for providing management services to communities throughout Virginia and Washington, D.C.

The Board selected NRP after a lengthy search process. We began by developing a request for proposals (RFP) which set out specific criteria for our management needs. We sent the RFP to a number of management companies and received proposals from most of them. We evaluated the proposals based on our criteria and agreed on the top three candidates. We then interviewed each of the three finalists and contacted references. The Board voted and agreed that NRP was the right choice for our community.

Kristine Caraway, CMCA, AMS, PCAM® will serve as our new Property Manager. Kristine joined NRP in 2007. She is a licensed and accredited Common Interest Community manager having earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. Kristine earned her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation in 2013, which is the highest level of accreditation in the community association management industry. Kristine is based in NRP’s main office in Herndon, Va. Kristine can be reached via e-mail; KCaraway@NRPartnersLLC.com or by telephone 703-435-3800.

As you may already know, the contract with our former management company ends July 31, 2016. As a result, we have just a few short days to transition to NRP. The transition process typically takes 30 days, so please be patient as we work to implement new management services.

Please read NRP’s letter of introduction it’s very informative and should answer many of your questions!

We’re very pleased to begin working with NRP August 1st!
