Effective immediately the community tot lots and common areas are closed so as to prevent social gatherings.
Virginia Governor, Ralph Northam, announced a stay-at-home order for Virginians on Monday (3/30/2020) that takes effect immediately. This order requires people to stay home except for limited circumstances, such as traveling to or from work, seeking medical attention, obtaining goods and services, including food, or engaging in outdoor activity.
This order includes prohibiting all public and private in-person gatherings of more than ten people. This includes parties, celebrations, religious or other social events, whether they occur indoors or outdoors.
Please note that American Disposal Services will continue to perform all regularly scheduled household waste, recycling and yard debris services as normal. The notice below is only for bulk items.

Due to the growing concerns of the COVID-19 virus, ADS is temporarily suspending the collection of all bulk items.
Effective immediately, all residential curbside and enclosure bulk removal will be temporarily suspended until further notice. While we understand this may be an inconvenience, we feel it’s in the best interest of our employees and customers to limit any possibility of exposure to this virus. American Disposal Services will continue to perform all regularly scheduled household waste, recycling and yard debris services as normal.

On March 11, 2020, the Association attempted to hold the 2020 Annual Meeting but unfortunately did not achieve the required quorum of 44 residents in person or by proxy.
With the rapid spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus, the recommendation for social distancing, and the National recommendation to keep groups to smaller than 10 people, the Board will not hold a second attempt for the Annual Meeting.
The two current Board Members will carry over their term for another year until the next Annual Meeting.

The Tartan Village 2020 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday March 11, 2020. All owners received the notice mailer which includes a proxy form if you not be able to attend.
In order to hold the 2020 Annual Meeting at least (44) or 1/10 of the Homeowners must attend in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend, please complete the proxy form and return via email to MBaquero@NRPartnersLLC.com, via fax to 703-689-0949. You may also give your proxy to a neighbor that is attending the meeting.
